Thanks for visiting BehindThePixel. My goal for this blog is to share my stream of conscious on the gaming industry as well as highlight folks in the industry that make the games we love so special. I’ve connected deeply with games since the age of 3, and that passion has never wavered. From fostering some of my greatest friendships over playing Rock Band to coming in dead last in a CSGO LAN, I’ve loved that games are apart of my life every single day. Throughout my life and career I’ve also noticed how we tend to celebrate the thing itself and not the many employees behind the product. I’d like to bring the people of the industry more to the forefront of conversation around games. I’ll also be complaining about corporations that are tossing those very people to the side, so bare with me. Let’s talk more about games and the people behind the pixels.
